Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

1. Who we are

ShadowNode provides privacy-focused hosting: game servers, private VPS and encrypted cloud storage. The operating company is established outside Germany and the European Union; servers in Germany are rented infrastructure only and do not constitute a place of business. Contact: Telegram @videx32.

2. Data we collect

Account: your chosen username and Telegram handle (to deliver and support your order). If you sign in with a third-party login, your email address.

Billing: the crypto payment method and the on-chain transaction used to confirm payment. We do not collect names, addresses or any KYC documents.

Service metadata: technical data needed to run your service (server IDs, plan, resource usage).

3. What we do NOT collect

No connection logs, no activity logs, no browsing history, no stored IP addresses of your VPN/VPS traffic.

Encrypted Storage is zero-knowledge: your files are encrypted on upload and we cannot read them. We never see your encryption key — and therefore cannot recover data if you lose it.

4. Cookies

We only use essential cookies required for login/session. No advertising or tracking cookies on our VPS/Storage pages.

5. Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; we only match the amount to your order. We do not use third-party card processors.

6. Data retention

Order and account data is kept while your service is active and for as long as legally required for accounting. You can request deletion at any time via Telegram; on account termination we remove your data and destroy associated servers/volumes.

7. Third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. Limited processors: Telegram (support/notifications) and the public blockchain (payment confirmation). No ad networks or analytics trackers that profile you.

8. Your rights (GDPR/EU)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and data portability. Contact us via Telegram @videx32.

9. Security

Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication (2FA). Services run isolated from each other and from our home network. Encryption is applied to storage and tunnels.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date below reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
